1. Promotion –20% on the purchase of two thermoactive clothing products

1.1. The promotion consists in applying a discount of 20% of the order value if the Customer adds to the basket at least two products from the category Thermal clothing.

1.2. The discount is applied automatically at the basket or checkout stage.

1.3. The discount applies only to products qualified for the promotion and cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless the promotion description states otherwise.

1.4. In the case of return of some products purchased in the promotion, as a result of which the conditions of the promotion are no longer met, the granted discount is cancelled.

1.5. The refund amount is correspondingly reduced by the value of the discount, which no longer applies.

1.6. This means that the shop refunds only that part of the amount which is the difference between the price actually paid for the order and the value of the products the Customer has kept without taking the discount into account.

1.7. Example:

  • The Customer buys 2 products at 100 zł (value 200 zł),

  • after the 20% promotion is applied the price is 160 zł,

  • The Customer returns one product.

In such a situation the value of the product kept returns to the regular price (100 zł).

    The shop makes a refund 60 PLN (160 zł – 100 zł = 60 zł).

2. Promotion: Free shipping from 400 zł

2.1. The Customer receives free shipping, if the value of the basket (after discounts) amounts to at least 400 PLN.

2.2. Free shipping applies only to the delivery methods indicated on the shop's website in the promotion conditions.

2.3. If, as a result of a partial return, the value of the order falls below 400 PLN, the benefit resulting from free shipping is deducted.

2.4. In such a situation the cost of the originally free shipping is deducted from the refund amount.

2.5. Example:

  • The Customer places an order for 420 zł and receives free shipping (value: 18 zł),

  • The Customer returns a product for 100 zł → the order value falls to 320 zł,

  • The Customer loses the right to free shipping,

  • The shop refunds: 100 PLN – 18 PLN = 82 PLN

3. Other common rules

3.1. The shop has the right to verify whether the returned products were purchased under conditions meeting the promotion criteria.

3.2. Promotions run for a fixed period or until further notice.

3.3. Detailed promotion conditions are published on the product page, in the basket or in the shop's announcements.
