Color change: Send us information about the color (CMYK value) and specify which element should be edited. Design: Send us your graphic (preferably vector) or a PNG without a background in high resolution and let us know where you want to put it. Cancellation of the order may take place no later than 3 hours after payment due to the process of order preparation and production.
after receiving information about the cancellation, we make a refund through the payment gateway you used, in the case of Paypal, the refund is made immediately and in the case of card payments it may take about 3 working days (depending on the bank)
Returns and Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery
According to the description, the production time is from 3 to 14 working days, after finalizing the order you will receive an email confirming the completion of production and then a link to track the shipment
We sell products worldwide and we are unable to provide a specific delivery date as it depends on your country's operator and customs authorities in many respects. The delivery date cannot be specified.
In some countries there is a choice of WorldPost or Courier. The WorldPost shipment is a registered letter and the Courier is a DPD or GLS service.
After completing the order process, you will receive a link to track the shipment, in the case of courier shipments, you will receive an email from furgonetka.pl
Sometimes it happens that there is no update of the shipment location for several days, this is usually caused by the delayed work of the customs office. Please wait Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up this process, we can file a complaint only after 14 working days from sending
